5-axis machining capabilities
We machine complex parts that need 5-axis work and CMM inspection. Most jobs are 1 to 100 pieces: prototypes, first articles and short production runs for space, munitions and defense programs.

EQUIPMENT

DMG MORI DMU 95: 5-axis simultaneous milling for large, complex parts.

DMG MORI DVF 6500 T: 5-axis milling and turning in one setup. Rings, housings and rotating parts.

Mitsubishi MV2400S wire EDM: splines, sharp internal corners and fine features on parts we mill.

Zeiss Contura 9/12/6 CMM (2022): measures parts up to 900 x 1200 x 600 mm.
PART SIZE AND TOLERANCES
Parts up to 32" x 36". ±0.001" standard, ±0.0005" on holes.
MATERIALS
Aluminum, titanium, stainless steels and Inconel.
PARTS WE MAKE
Structures, enclosures, turbomachinery, armament components, rocket/missile plumbing, manifolds, tooling and fixtures. We also machine customer-supplied 3D-printed (AM) blanks.

OUTSIDE PROCESSING, MANAGED BY US
Heat treat, anodize, passivation and plating through approved suppliers. You get finished parts on one PO.
WHAT WE'RE NOT A FIT FOR
If your part doesn't need 5-axis work or CMM inspection, another shop will likely beat our price. We don't take EDM-only jobs.
